Internet Archery Sales Coordinator, Outdoor Range Manager - Must be Knowledgeable of advanced Ebay store techniques, high speed internet access at home.  Will be responsible for taking quality photographs of items or downloading photos & technical information from websites for use in Ebay & other online stores.  Will be responsible for answering ebay customer questions and shipping product from the Old Town Archery Center, from Stock & warehoused product.  Commision based compensation...the more you do...the more you make!

Indoor Range/tournament Manager

Develop & maintain's general indoor range activities. This includes setting up & coordinating indoor leagues, tournaments and other related activities.  This position will posting schedules and tournament results on the website, notifying news outlets for public service announcements with dates & activities.  Helping to maintain targets in good condition.  Qualifications:  Shooting experience, knowing how leagues work and basic computer skills working with websites & email.  Compenstion: Free shooting, significant discounts on archery equipment and services for self & family!

Archery Youth Program - Director

To set up, coordinate and promote the National Archery in Schools Program (NASP). Develop & cultivate working relationships with a variety of youth groups & organizations (Scouts, YMCA, Youth Camps, 4-H, etc).  Be able to identify equipment need levels for both youth groups & individuals.  Cultivate sales leads when ever possible. Position will also be responsible for youth leagues, in-house group archery lessons, birthday parties etc. on a part time basis.

Experience Required:

Must enoy archery & have strong archery background in traditional and compound archery.  Must communicate well with both adults and youth of all ages.  Teaching experience or similar skills/attributes is a must.  Must have or be willing to acquire level 1 & 2 archery instructor certification.

Must be Certified Drug Free, demonstrate a very positive attitude and be able to relate to all types of archers &  their needs.  A strong desire and commitment to youth in archery is required.  Strong appreciation of family values would be helpful. NFAA/NAA memberships are required.

Compensation:  Independent Contractor status for Commissions only.  Commissions could be substantial for a motivated individual.  Lots of smiles from excited youth!  Archery range priviledges & staff equipment discounts.
